Weber Summit Platinum D4 Built-In

The Summit Platinum D4 Built-In is a 4 burner gas grill which features a split fork rotisserie, a rear-mounted infrared rotisserie burner and a stainless steel smoker box with a dedicated stainless steel smoker burner. It can cook enough food for a whole family and friends. The external dimensions of the D4 Built-In grill are 61”h x 31.75”w x 34”d with its lid open.

The total cooking area is 700 square inches made up of 504 square inches of primary cooking area, 108 square inches of warming rack area and 88 square inches of warm-up basket area. The Summit D4 Platinum Built In gas grill has 4 stainless steel burners having 44,000 BTU-per-hour inputs and a split fork rotisserie with a heavy-duty motor assembly. A 9,600 BTU-per-hour inputs rear-mounted infrared rotisserie burner, an 8,000 BTU-per-hour inputs smoker burner in a stainless steel smoker box and a 3/8’ diameter stainless steel rod cooking grates complete its unique cooking system.

The D4 Built-In unit has a stainless steel hood with a center-mounted thermometer. It has extra large accent-colored control knobs, igniter button, control panel, cast-aluminum end caps and handle. The enclosed storage area has stainless steel door and a bottom shelf.

This built-in grill is expected to last as long as the stone surrounding it. Summit Built-In gas grills are engineered to install very much like the way an indoor range installs into a kitchen counter. The design has greatly simplified island construction to facilitate easier grill installation and better access for service at a lower cost.

Liquid propane models must be installed with either a Summit Built-In Tank Cabinet or a Summit Built-In Tank Enclosure Kit.
